During 20 years in the Pellet business, I noticed that Pellet Plants gets built mostly in the same way and with the same technologies. The customer’s focus lies on the Pellet Mill manufacturer, who should know best on how to build a Pellet Plant.
But the Reality shows that many Plants are suffering with low capacity, besides acceptable or only poor Pellet quality. The reason is that not the Pellet Mill ensures capacity and desired Pellet Quality, but it is the treatment of raw material and configuration of the entire Line which does that.
Advanced energy efficient and reliable equipment, energy recovery and low maintenance is the desire of any Pellet Plant owner, besides respect to individual requirements.
